  3. Per lotThe vehicle crosses under its light. The auctioneer reads the announcements aloud before bidding opens — every time, including when there are none.
  4. On the fallSold, or a no-sale if the reserve was not reached. Both are recorded.
  5. Same dayInvoices issued. Payment is due within two business days.
  6. Monday afterFree storage ends.
